I am a clinical psychologist that works eclectically, however, my framework for understanding is based in early relationships which inform how we think, feel and behave in the world with ourselves and others. The relationship between myself and a client is pivotal to the success of the therapy process. I have special interest in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and I also really enjoy both individuals and couples work. I work with both teens and adults. With training in EMDR, I am also able to assist individuals struggling with trauma. I believe therapy is a journey of self discovery which informs behavioural changes; it is a gift to the self.
